Growing with Different RolesI started to understand the importance of Wolf Creek School District vision when I seconded to be the gap between the district central office and the schools. In my roles as a Technology Integration Leader and then Learning Coach, my role was to help implement specific parts of the district's vision. Working closely with the Assistant Superintendent of Technology and Learning Supports, Mark McWhinnie and Directors, Greg Esteves and Sea Lougheed. Working in all of the schools in the district gave me an unique appreciation of how complex each decision is, especially how it effects so many students and staff. My experience has given me a deeper understanding of the Wolf Creek Vision, the importance of protocol and clear communication.
