Transitioning from consciously competentI am beginning to understand what makes me a successful leader in Education. I am always challenging my process and looking for ideas and feedback to improve. Since 2014 I have been growing my sphere of influence and ideas. I have started to grow my professional learning network on an international level and constantly reach out to other educators to help me drive change in my practice.

I have worked in many schools and with different leadership styles throughout my journey in education. I have learned from the leaders that I feel had the qualities of a visionary. They would lead their staff and students to make improvements in their school by communicating topics or issues in the school, supply resources and data and encourage a conversation with all stakeholders. The leadership team would then gather all of the feedback and make the most informed decision they could to improve the school.
Communication
